This symposium gathers leading scholars on the law and economics of copyright to critically examine the findings of Professor Glynn Lunney‘s new book, Copyright’s Excess: Money and Music in the U.S. Recording Industry. The symposium is co-organized by the Center for Law and Intellectual Property, the Program in Law and Social Science, and the Journal of Property Law. The Journal will publish commentary on Professor Lunney’s book in an upcoming symposium issue.
