Student Travel Policy

The opportunity to represent Texas A&M University throughout the state, nation and world is one of the many benefits of being a recognized student organization. The university has established a travel registration process to promote the health and welfare of students.

Please download, read and complete the school’s Travel Packet before traveling. Return the packet to the Office of Student Affairs no later than 48 hours before the travel dates. If you wish to receive approval for the school’s purchase card, you must submit your request at least four weeks in advance of the travel dates.
