One of the advantages of attending Texas A&M University School of Law is gaining access to one of the country’s largest and most prestigious legal communities. The Fort Worth/Dallas metro area is home to over 20,000 attorneys and a number of bar associations, many of which will be open to you as an Aggie law student. You’ll also have an opportunity to interact with numerous lawyers and judges and to talk with them about practice areas that interest you. These networking opportunities — which can be crucial in securing a job — aren’t always available to students who attend law school in a smaller city.
