Students seeking financial aid for summer enrollment will need to check the “Incomplete Documents” tab in their Financial Aid portal in Howdy after Registration. Your FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) from the previous fall and spring semester must be on file in order to determine eligibility.

COA determines the per student limit for total financial aid from all combined sources under federal regulations. Federal, state and institutional aid cannot exceed this cost.

  • Potential adjustments to the COA may include one-time computer purchase, childcare assistance, and major unreimbursed medical expenses.
  • All adjustments to the COA will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved through the Office of Financial Aid.

Summer 2020 account activity will be available for view on the Bill Payment Suite beginning May 13.
Statements for Summer 2020 will be available online beginning May 21.

Summer 2020 Payment in Full Due Date

  • If you choose to pay your tuition and fees in full:
    • Tuition and fees due in full by 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2020

Summer 2020 Installment Due Dates

  • If you enroll in the installment plan:
    • 1st payment due by 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2020
    • 2nd payment due by 5:00 p.m. on July 10, 2020

Installment Plans can be added through 5:00 p.m. on June 15, 2020.
