An Introduction to Copyright Protection

In coordination with the Texas Regional Office of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Attorney-Advisor Whitney Levandusky of the U.S. Copyright Office will visit Texas A&M Law to introduce the nuts-and-bolts of copyright protection in the United States and discuss the copyright registration process. The presentation will offer current students in the School of Law as well as members of the public a highly practical introduction to this thriving area of intellectual property law.

In addition to an intellectual property concentration for J.D. students, the program offers a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property degree for lawyers and a Master of Jurisprudence (M.Jur.) in Intellectual Property degree for non-lawyers.
