Karen Roberts Washington

Karen Roberts Washington is a practicing attorney, mediator, arbitrator and administrative law judge in Dallas. She serves on dispute resolution panels for the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, and many courts.  She is a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator and a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.



She is also a Commissioner on the Uniform Law Commission, a member of the American Law Institute, a member of the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court, a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow, and a Dallas Bar Association Life Fellow.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and clerked for the 5th Court of Appeals at Dallas.
