2013 Fall IP Symposium
The Texas A&M Law Review’s
IP Symposium is a hybrid of presentations and published papers. While presentations along with a paper are preferred, the Symposium is, at its heart, an academic endeavor, and well-written timely articles without a presentation will also be considered for publication in the dedicated symposium issue.
A careful mix of scholars and practitioners, the Symposium focuses on cutting-edge developments in intellectual property law, and includes a series of panels consisting of short presentations, panel discussions, and Q&A session. We are currently hoping to hold the symposium on October 25, 2013.
