Welcome to the Family: Texas A&M Football Exclusive

August 29, 2013

The Texas A&M Athletics Department announced a special half-price ticket promotion to welcome students, faculty, staff and former students of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and the Texas A&M School of Law into the Texas A&M University family. Both the health science center and law school officially became components of the University over the summer.

“We are looking forward to adding both the Texas A&M Health Science Center and the Texas A&M School of Law as vocal members of the 12th Man this fall,” said Chancellor John Sharp, whose leadership brought the long-sought entities under the scope of The Texas A&M University System’s flagship institution. “There is no better way to welcome new Aggies to the family than to experience a football game at Kyle Field.”

Tickets for the Aggies’ contests against Rice and Sam Houston State are $30 for current and former students of the Texas A&M School of Law and Texas A&M Health Science Center, as well as for faculty and staff, with a limit of six tickets per person. Tickets under this special offer can be purchased by calling 888-99-AGGIE.

Texas A&M, which opens the season at No. 7 in the Associated Press poll, kicks off the 2013 campaign this Saturday against Rice at noon at Kyle Field. To learn more about the Aggie football team and the rest of A&M athletics, visit AggieAthletics.com.
