Prof Eckstein Discusses Water Law in The New York Times

Gabriel-Eckstein_1websizeTexas A&M School of Law professor Gabriel Eckstein was quoted in The New York Times and the The Texas Tribune article “A Vast River and the Legal Woes at Its Banks” which discusses the Rio Grande and water law rights. Professor Eckstein is also the director of the International Water Law Project. The mission of the Project is to serve as the premier resource on the Internet for international water law and policy issues. Professor Eckstein currently serves on the executive board of the International Water Resources Association.
