Curriculum
The Master of Legal Studies (MLS) program, formerly called the Master of Jurisprudence (M.Jur.), provides non-lawyers with a solid understanding of the legal issues relevant to your career, and will prepare you to interact most effectively with lawyers and the legal system.
Students in this 30-credit-hour, 1-2 year program will create a personalized course of study through a combination of core courses and elective courses from the specialized curricula below:
