Lorraine Eden, Ph.D., is a tenured full professor of management at Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M, she teaches courses on Transfer Pricing, Multinational Enterprises (MNEs), and the Economics of International Business.
Her research focuses on transfer pricing and MNE strategies. She has 150+ publications in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), and Organization Science.
Dr. Eden holds dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship. She has a Ph.D. with Distinction in Economics from Dalhousie University, Canada. She has been a Fulbright Scholar, Pew Fellow, and receiver of multiple awards including election as a Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB). She founded WAIB (Women in the Academy of International Business) in 2001, now with 800+ members worldwide. She is former Editor-in-Chief of JIBS. In 2012, she received the AIB President's Award for her contributions to the field of international business.
She consults with the Analysis Group where she has provided expert advice on transfer pricing controversy in areas such as patent damages, call centers, and MNE bankruptcy.
