Room/Event Reservation form

Student Organization event request

Please use the form below to request a room for your upcoming event. It is best to have informed your Student Organization Faculty Advisor of this event request prior to submitting the form.

Once you submit the form it will be distributed via Track-It to your Faculty Advisor for approval, along with Events, Student Affairs, Finance, I.T., Facilities, Marketing, and Website.

Deborah Barnett, Event Coordinator, will reply to the requester with the assigned room number.

If your event will be catered/food delivered, please ​print out a Delivery Notice Form and give it to Security with the date, time, vendor, and who Security should contact for pickup.

If you are expecting guest speaker(s) and/or visitor(s) for your event, please print out a Delivery Notice Form and give it to Security.

If this event is a CLE, please submit a CLE Accreditation Request Form to obtain CLE accreditation from the State Bar of Texas.
