Advanced/Continuing Clinic Student Application

Student Application to enroll in the same clinic for a second semester

Students are advised to review the Clinic Application & Registration Information Packet before submitting an application.

  • Use the "Advanced"/"Continuing" Clinic student application form below for second and subsequent semesters in the same clinic
  • (Use the Clinic student application form first-time enrollment for Fall or Spring clinics (any clinic))
  • (Use the Summer Clinic student application form for Summer clinic courses (Family and Veterans Advocacy Clinic and Low Income Tax Clinic only))

Students are encouraged to apply to clinics by the application due date. Students who apply by that deadline will be notified of their application status before the end of the exam period. Applications received after that time will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

I understand that I may not take more than one clinic in one semester or enroll in a clinic and an externship without the consent of the Associate Dean for Experiential Learning. Generally, consent is only granted when students can prove that no actual or potential conflicts will arise during the semester, and the student can demonstrate he/she has adequate time to devote to more than one client experience. Consent will also be conditioned on clinic faculty agreement and enrollment capacity of each clinic.

By entering my name in the space below, I certify that I am in good academic standing, of good moral character, have no Honor Code violations, and have had no moral character issues prior to attending law school or while in attendance.
