Texas A&M Journal of Property Law

Journal of Property Law full staff 2017

The Texas A&M University Journal of Property Law is a student-reviewed, scholarly publication dedicated to promoting academic discussions of property law.

The Property Journal’s primary purpose is to publish a journal intended to encourage scholarly criticism and analysis of legal issues of interest to practitioners and law students. The Property Journal not only serves as an important tool for legal scholarship but also provides its staff members an opportunity to develop their own editing and writing skills. Accordingly, each volume contains articles by student authors, as well as outside authors.
