Summer Access to Bloomberg Law, Lexis Advance & Westlaw

Bloomberg Law - returning students have unlimited summer access to Bloomberg Law for academic OR work purposes and graduating students have unlimited access to Bloomberg Law for 6 months after graduation. To register for a Bloomberg Law account go to http://about.bloomberglaw.com/lawschools/overview/ (you do not need an activation code to sign up)

Lexis Advance - returning students have unlimited summer access to Lexis Advance for academic OR work purposes and graduating students have unlimited access until July 31, 2013. 

Westlaw- returning students must extend their passwords for summer use and can only use Westlaw for academic purposes during the summer. Graduating students' passwords expire May 31st but can be extended for limited use for bar prep. Go to http://lawschool.westlaw.com/shared/marketinfodisplay.asp?code=MI&id=322 for more information.

This collection includes an expansive archive of treaties, federal statutes and regulations, federal case law, tribal codes, constitutions, and jurisprudence. This library also features rare compilations edited by Felix S. Cohen that have never before been accessible online. Added June 2013.

Congress and the Courts (HeinOnline)
This library, featuring William H. Manz's Congress and the Courts: A Legislative History 1787-2010, brings together materials reflecting congressional concern with the composition and structure of Article III Courts and provides all relevant documents prepared by various Congresses relating to the purpose, formation, organization, and restructuring of the federal government. Kluwer Law International Journal Library (HeinOnline)
Contains 21 Kluwer Law International Journals including: Air and Space Law, Arbitration International, World Trade and Arbitration Materials, International Journal of Comparative Labour Law & Industrial Relations, European Public Law, European Review of Private Law, and Legal Issues of Economic Integration. Added June 2013.

Students, law school faculty and legal researchers will all find the legal publications they need in LegalTrac®. Drawing on a wide variety of the most highly regarded legal publications, LegalTrac® provides indexing for more than 1,400 titles including major law reviews, legal newspapers, bar association journals and international legal journals. Each title included in LegalTrac® is selected on the basis of criteria provided by a special advisory committee of the American Association of Law Libraries. Selden Society Publications and the History of Early English Law (HeinOnline)
This library includes the Selden Society Annual Series, Selden Society Supplementary Series and the Centenary Guide to the Publications of the Selden Society published in 1987. It also includes more than 220 English Legal History Classics including abridgements, digests and dictionaries. Teaching Tips

Tuesday's Teaching Tips a weekly publication providing tips and resources for enhancing classroom teaching methods, was produced in fall 2009 by the Dee J. Kelly Law Library in conjunction with the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to assist adjunct professors with their classroom performance. The entire collection of Tuesday's Teaching Tips is now available on the Library website.
