*Application Deadlines

Texas A&M University School of Law accepts applications on a rolling basis. Applications will not be considered until the Admissions Office receives each of the required items, as well as a complete LSAC Credential Assembly Service report. For applicants who have all required materials complete and on file with Texas A&M by February 1, 2017, the Admissions Office will notify applicants of a decision (admit, deny, or hold) before the first traditional law school seat deposit deadline, April 1, 2017. Be advised, applicants who apply early in the admission process maximize their opportunity to be considered for tuition waivers.

The ​Fall 2017 application deadline is July 1, 2017.

Application Status and Communications

Applicants will receive an email confirmation that the school received their application for admission and provide a username and password to access the online status checker. Please use the Online Status Checker to monitor the status of your application. Make sure your file is complete by timely submitting the required items.

The Office of Admissions will send all correspondence to the email address provided. If your email address changes at any time during the application processing period, please notify the Admissions Office at law-admissions@law.tamu.edu.

Admissions Decisions

Texas A&M School of Law evaluates applications on a rolling basis. Generally, the admissions committee will begin making decisions in mid-October and will continue to give careful consideration to all candidates throughout the admissions cycle.

Seat Deposits

Students admitted to Texas A&M School of Law are required to pay a nonrefundable seat deposit to reserve their offer of admission. The seat deposit will be credited toward their first-semester tuition and fees. Seat deposit deadline(s) will be indicated in the acceptance letter.
