Ralph Oman, the U.S. Register of Copyrights from 1985 to 1993, will return to the School of Law to deliver a distinguished lecture on the role and evolution of the U.S. Copyright Office. He will meet with students interested in copyright law, sharing with them his experiences during his tenure as the Register of Copyrights. Oman is a frequent visitor to Texas A&M University.
