On-Campus Interviews (OCI)

Employers may register to participate in on-campus interviews online through Texas A&M's Symplicity site. To do so, you must first have an active Symplicity account, which you can obtain by registering free of charge at Symplicity.

Once you receive your username and password, you can log in and use the "OCI" tab to choose OCI dates, enter hiring criteria, and request documents from students. You will also be able to view requested documents through the Symplicity system after students bid.

If your firm does not wish to participate in on-campus interviews, but you would still like to receive résumés from Texas A&M students, you can register for Résumé Collect. You simply need to indicate that you would like to participate in Resume Collect on Symplicity or return the employer registration form by mail, fax or email, and indicate the date by which you would like to receive résumés from our students.

Fall 2015 OCI begins Aug. 17 and ends Oct. 30.
