Stormwater runoff carries pollutants like trash, chemicals, oils, and dirt/sediment that harm our rivers, streams, lakes, and coastal waters. It can also inundate homes and communities.  Mr. McDonald will discuss how stormwater controls protect public health, communities, businesses, and the environment.
