Texas A&M University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, doctorate, and professional degrees. Texas A&M University School of Law is a member of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). 

The Texas A&M University School of Law graduate degree programs (LL.M. and M.Jur.), both online and in residence in Fort Worth and San Antonio, are fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Additionally these programs have obtained acquiescence from the American Bar Association (ABA).
