Alumni are offered free CLE hours throughout the year, as well as discounted prices to multiple CLE events hosted by the Office of External Affairs throughout the metroplex.

  • Invitations to Programs and Events
Alumni are invited to programs and events throughout the year, including lectures, symposia, guest speakers, alumni/student interactive sessions and special collaborations with community groups.

  • Law Library
The Dee J. Kelly Law Library is open to alumni by presenting their alumni access card. You also have access to free Wi-Fi in the library and on campus. (*The process for alumni to be granted access cards is under review. The library is still open to you until those cards are granted; simply identify yourself to security as an alumnus)

  • Networking Opportunities
The Office of External Affairs provides many networking opportunities throughout the year including, but not limited to, happy hours, The Greenhill Golf Tournament, The Community Crawfish Boil, a reception during the state bar annual meeting and the annual Awards Dinner.

  • School of Law Publications
Alumni receive the official Aggie Law magazine, as well as e-newsletters to keep you engaged and connected to the law school.

  • Leadership Opportunities
Alumni may participate on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, Dean’s Advisory Council and/or various committees to help foster the growth of the institution and the Law School network.

  • Parking Pass
If you plan to come on campus, you can park in our lot free of charge. Send an email to regan05@law.tamu.edu before your visit to obtain your parking pass. Please allow 48 hours to process your parking pass.

  • Admission to the Supreme Court of the United States
Each year qualified individuals are invited to register to attend a special Swearing-In Ceremony, hosted by the Supreme Court of the United States, for admission to the United States Supreme Court Bar in Washington, D.C. This is a unique benefit offered by the Office of External Affairs, as many law schools are not granted this opportunity.
